A Show That Embraces Everyone

When We Embraced

Kendal Brewery Arts Centre 20th September

Battersea Arts Centre 25th-27th September

Northern Stage 30th September & 1st October

Stockton ARC 2nd October

The nooks and crannies of life can be bewildering. When We Embraced travels across England to embrace the little things in life that are not so easy to explain.
The audience are invited to explore their subconscious when ARC hosts the theatre production When We Embraced as part of its autumn live programme.
When We Embraced leaps off the stage into the audience in search of something more real and more spontaneous. It is about acknowledging the intricacies and complexity of being human and embracing the best and worst bits in equal measure.
The actor led show, which has been produced by Stockton’s ARC, uncovers and explores our innermost thoughts and extracts them to the surface through a mix of humour, playfulness and thought-provoking dialogue.
North-East based theatre company FallenFromGrace aim to bring engaging, honest and visual theatre to the North East and beyond. The list of the various venues around the country is given below.
Artistic Director for FallenFromGrace is Tom Walton who is also an Associate Artist of ARC. Tom is dedicated to creating compelling contemporary theatre and has previously worked with ARC to produce Wherever I Lay My Hat as part of the Bridging the Gap scheme as well as Lucy and the Hawk.
When We Embraced first previewed at ARC in June 2013 prior to a successful run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
